Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst (Req #: 1139)

We are looking for an experienced logistics professional to join our team’s efforts to implement an effective ILS program and ensure responsive fleet support for 3 Phoenix systems. The successful candidate will be able to effectively engage with systems and development engineers during the system design phase and with government customer representatives in defining the ILS program throughout the design, development, verification, installation, and support phases. The objective system consists of a sonar element, sonar data processor, and user displays installed on CVN class naval ships.

The ILS Analyst is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing a logistics support program for the objective system. Responsibilities include performing reliability engineering, conducting Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), developing Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) and Computer-Based Training (CBT), planning for maintenance and component repair, supporting life cycle cost analysis, and generating technical provisioning data. Ensuring fleet support to fielded systems is a paramount responsibility.

• Strong analysis ability
• 5-7 years of logistics engineering experience with DoD systems
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to interface with development Engineers to ensure supportability is designed into the equipment
• Familiarity with the Navy operations and support environment
• BS degree in Engineering, Mathematics or related field of study is preferred
• Ability to obtain appropriate personnel clearance (i.e. U.S. Citizenship required)
